The Lime Kiln

The Gibraltar National Museum recently restored this Kiln, through a painstaking and laborious endeavour, going so far as to handmake bricks.

It most likely dates to the early 20th Century and is one of two remaining lime kilns on the Rock. They both are thought to have been related to the construction of the waterworks.
