The Lime Kiln

The Gibraltar National Museum recently restored this Kiln, through a painstaking and laborious endeavour, going so far as to handmake bricks.

It most likely dates to the early 20^th Century and is one of two remaining lime kilns on the Rock. They both are thought to have been related to the construction of the waterworks.
